17. Ask God to fill the minds of His people in Ireland with the missionary passion of St. Patrick.

18. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus, and into the hearts of the people in my school, family, work place, and community.  Protect us from all evil.

19. Saturday. Almighty God, prepare my mind today to worship Thee in church tomorrow.  Wait patiently for Him. Bless all who teach and learn.

20. PALM SUNDAY – O worship the King, our Maker, Defender, Redeemer and Friend. Hear His words. Sing to Him. Please Him.  Pray for a work team from West Salem, Illinois leaving for Honduras for 10 days. Give them a clear witness.

25. GOOD FRIDAY – the reason Jesus came! Think about the Passion that Christ had for you.

26. Yesterday was the birthday of Morning Star Moravian Fellowship in Asheville, begun in 1995. They are eager to welcome people. They are also reaching out to middle school students. Their leader is Br. Hank Jackson. Dear God, use their gifts.

27. EASTER SUNDAY – Christ arose! We believe that by our own reason and strength we cannot believe in Jesus Christ, our Lord, or come to Him, but that the Holy Spirit calls us through the Gospel and preserves us in the true faith.

28. Use some time today to think about what Easter means. If you have a hymnal, meditate on the hymns and liturgies and thank God for what He has arranged for you and what it cost Him.

29. Pray for the many millions of people in the world who need to hear (from us?) what the Good News of Easter is.  Let’s “tell it abroad”!

30. Even on bad weather days you can spread the Gospel by telephoning friends, sharing a Bible verse with them and a prayer. Today ask God “with whom should I do this?” Make a list.

31. There are about six million in the world – 26,000 in North America, who follow the teachings of Confucius, born 551 BC. Pray God will call missionaries to share with them the love of Jesus. Be with those serving in China as they share their Christian love. Be with those working with Chinese elsewhere.
