PRAYER FOCUS - OCTOBER 2005

There’s something in the air!

The Spirit of God seems to be moving in a special way these days…

in our young people!

·       At Senior High CONVO in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, many youth got excited as they learned about what God did in the past and about what God can do today in them and through them!

·       Many young people had the opportunity of ministering through “Mission Camps” at Laurel Ridge.  Others examined the essentials of their faith at Senior High Camp.  They all describe their experience with one word: “awesome!”

·       The Spirit has been using the M-Staff at Laurel Ridge to impact the lives of hundreds of kids!  And, many staff members are sensing a call to continue in ministry and mission!

·       Many Youth Groups have taken part in Mission Trips and Mission Projects during the summer.  God has touched them as they have touched others.

Praise God for our youth, and keep them in your prayers!

They are not the future of the church;

They already are the church!
